Ternary Form and Pachelbel's Canon

You will be expected to complete a performance as well as a composition for this topic:

Homework: Spend 10 minutes a week practising your work that was covered in class the week before.

Task 1: Performance. You will learn one or both parts of "Pavane" for your assessment in May 2017.
Note: Play with the correct finger position and rhythm- Make sure you learn how to count





           



Composition: May-July 2017
Create a ternary (ABA) composition. You must work with a partner on Sibelius on the Macs. Use question and answer phrases to aid your writing, as learnt in class.
